Who is this for?
You will want to gather your leadership teams, staff and other people of influence. Those who can honestly tell the story of your organization (warts and all) and who also want to invest in the best possible future you can have together—this is your target audience for this workshop.

The Workshop Outline
It starts with the Knowing Your Colors Workshop. This humorous yet insightful session is the initial step toward a growing self-awareness that is foundational for intentionally promoting and encouraging healthy Christ-centered relationships. If healthy Christ-centered relationships are our goal, then it is no surprise that the next session is a bible study with small groups and large group aspects, which will lead the entire team to identify your ministry’s top 5 behavioral practices desired by everyone as you go forward. In this way, each small group helps describe and embody the way you and your team want to do life together.
Key to a better future is safely exploring the habits and patterns of the past, which is the next step in the Holy Manners process. This exploration of the past takes place according to best practices that your group defines and embraces for our work together. To keep it safe, the experienced consultant guides the group to examine healthy and unhealthy behaviors of your group in key leadership areas.
The workshop concludes with small groups each writing best practices for 1 or 2 of the Five Key Areas for Our Life Together: Decision Making, Information Sharing, Managing Conflict, Handling Complaints, and Leadership. After the team as a whole reviews all the topics identified through this exercise, the top 5 areas for attention are identified in a fun and fast process.
Writing Holy Manners for Your Ministry
The consultant will work with your “writing team” via 1 or 2 Zoom sessions to guide them in crafting a unique collection of promises (Holy Manners) you and your team want to make real and offer daily to one another. The unique Holy Manners your writing team will pull together will incorporate the key information identified by the whole group during the workshop.
